My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were really good with a fantastic city view and a comfortable bed. It’s great that we were allowed to stay until late evening, which is rare. The location is convenient for getting around, especially with the metro station nearby, but it's a bit further from the city center. The service could be improved in terms of flexibility. I also noticed that the dining experience had some room for enhancement as it felt a bit basic and dark.
